Even though the vacation season is officially over, the weather still invites you to enjoy a relaxing day out or go on exiting adventures all over the island. Why not take advantage of the “end-of-season” weather with less tourists and perfect temperatures? Live more. Explore more. Enjoy more - and HAVE FUN! Life is too amazing to let it slip through your fingers.

But September is also the month of the annual SOS Animal Fiesta!
I have been involved with SOS Animal for many, many years, and I admire their continuous and laborious work to save as many animals as humanly possible. They rescue both abandoned cats and dogs, and will provide medical and foster care when necessary, and make sure they are being spayed and neutered. They never give up on an animal, old, young, sick or troubled. Many have a disturbing past, with bad experiences and serious maltreatment, but SOS give them a chance at a new life - with a happy ending.

So, in aid of the SOS Animal shelter in Calvià, I hope everyone in Mallorca will add the annual SOS Animal Party in Puerto Portals to their agenda on the 23^rd of September! Kick-off is at 11 o’clock. There will be tombola, flea-market, dog competition and entertainment for everyone! Hope to see you there!!!
