On the outskirts of Alaró, among the Tramuntana mountain range rests a truly unique finca. Terraced hills with olive, oak, and blossom trees greet birds and wildlife among the hills.

On a 170,000 m2 plot, the 700 m2 stone house has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with an additional guest house of two bedrooms and a bathroom. Traditional terracotta flooring, with thick stone walls, a large fireplace for the cozy winters, and terraces for the hot summers. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, a beautiful stone island, a gas range, and an electric oven. A private office is located upstairs.

A large pool area is found with spectacular views of the traditional Mallorquin terraced land. Listen to the birds sing in blissful nature as you barbeque on the poolside terrace, ideal for cooking and dining al fresco.

The historical finca was constructed 350 years ago. Later, in 2006, went through a thorough renovation to elevate the finca.
