Casa Mirador is a modern, minimalist property with all mod-cons, wonderful sea views and an inviting infinity pool.
This property is striking from the minute you enter the gate. You access the house from the roof terrace which creates a distinct feature and immediately awakens your curiosity.

An amazing roof terrace with outdoor kitchen and impressive views over the surrounding areas and the sea, are the first things you notice. The chill-out lounge has a big sun sail protecting you from the heat.

One floor down – either by the stairs or the elevator – you find yourself in the bright and airy living room with lounge, dining area and an open plan kitchen. All crisp, white and attractive. The kitchen provides clear views of the lounge and dining area as well as sea views. An ideal place to cook and entertain guests!
Glass doors lead you to the terrace, offering more of the same beautiful views as the roof terrace.

The four bedrooms have their own floor with en-suite bathrooms and wardrobes. Two of the rooms also boost lovely sea views. The master bedroom has a big walk-in-closet and a bathtub where you can enjoy the views in peace. The large, glass doors open up to the soft Mediterranean air and eliminate the separation between indoors and outdoors.
There is a total of six bathrooms. Four of them are en-suites. They are all high standard and in modern design.

Downstairs there are a sauna and currently a gym, which alternatively can be used as e.g. chill-out area, TV or game room...
Outside there is a clean and inviting infinity pool. The pool area offers plenty of space for sunbathing, chilling and dining - and taking in the views. An outdoor kitchen provides you with storage for cold drinks and a barbecue. A perfect set-up for any family who likes to entertain!

This is a fabulous, modern property with all mod-cons, but it manages to delicately incorporate some touches of more traditional stonework outside, creating a warm, welcoming feel.

Costa d’en Blanes is located above the well-known superyacht harbour Puerto Portals, where you have a large choice of fine-dining restaurants, and a nice selection of boutiques.On both sides of the harbour there are beautiful, sandy beaches.
The adjoining Portals Nous village offers a supermarket with a surprisingly wide assortment of food and drink, and there are numerous bars and restaurants along the main street, and some shops.
It takes 10 minutes to Palma centre by car, and the area is active all-year-round, although it’s calmer during the winter season.
